Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated. The competition commences at 8am on Wednesday 5th March 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 6th April 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
Eligible Entrants: Entry is open only to permanent residents of the state of New South Wales and the state of Victoria, Australia who are 25 years or over (during the Promotion Period) and who enter the competition per the entry criteria and satisfy any conditions set out in these terms and conditions. Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors and agents of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
To enter the competition, Eligible Entrants must sign up to the Zeekr Australia database through LUP Events or scan their Everything Electric Australia NSW ticket or Melbourne Motor Show ticket at the Zeekr Australia stand at Everything Electric Australia NSW or Melbourne Motor Show during the Promotion Period. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. Entrants must not include any offensive or inappropriate material in their entries or any material that if used by the Promoter would infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate such entries it deems offensive or inappropriate and remove them if it determines necessary.
This is a game of chance and the winners are determined at random.
Multiple entries are permitted, with each entry constituting one entry.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence and driving history) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
There are 10 prizes / 10 winners. Each prize consists of several 15-minute on-track sessions across the Zeekr model range with professional instruction, plus catering and technical support, valued at AU$500. The date and location for the on-track sessions is to be confirmed and will be notified to the winners by the Promoter. The prize excludes flights and travel to and from the track destination. The first 10 eligible entries drawn will be winners.
The total prize pool is valued at AU$5000 including GST. This value represents the combined value of all 10 prizes and is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Prizes cannot be transferred to any other person.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The draw will take place on Friday 11th April 2025 at Suite 6.03, 11 Khartoum Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.
The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
It is a condition of accepting and participating in a prize that each winner must:
(a) Sign an insurance waiver prior to driving the vehicles;
(b) Hold a current, valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence that is not a learner permit or provisional licence and permits you to you to drive a Zeekr vehicle;
(c) Disclose to the Promoter any relevant health conditions, prior dangerous driving behaviors, or history of licence suspension or loss; and
(d) Participate in content capture during the track day, including but not limited to photography, videography, and interviews, with the resulting content to be used across Zeekr’s global channels, including social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
Failure to comply with these conditions, including signing the waiver, providing the required disclosures, or participating in and consenting to content capture, will result in the winner being unable to claim and participate in the prize.
Winners will be notified both in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the draw. Their names and states will be published on the Zeekr Australia website for a minimum of 30 days.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy or breaching these competition terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed at 8am on Friday 18th April 2025, a second draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Monday 21st April 2025 at Suite 6.03, 11 Khartoum Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, subject to any written directions given under applicable law. Any winners determined in accordance with this clause will be notified both in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable commercial control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition and to modify the terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any losses, liability, damages, expenses, costs, claims or causes of action arising out of or related to this competition, the promotion of this competition, the winner’s participation in any prize related activities, or the use or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence), property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (“Damages”) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things. Each Eligible Entrant releases the Promoter and its related bodies corporate from any action or claim arising out of this competition.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right and the winner consents to use of its name and photograph, the content of winning entries and content captured during the track day for promotional purposes by the Promoter, including across Zeekr’s global channels, social media, digital platforms and promotional materials. The right to use granted includes a right to modify, adapt and exploit the content in promotional material of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate. To the extent moral rights exist in the content, consent to use extends to a right to use the content without attribution of the author and a right to make any form of modification without first obtaining the consent of the author.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this competition for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the competition and awarding any prizes (including disclosure to third parties and any applicable statutory authorities as required). The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy, which is available at: https://www.zeekrlife.com/en-au/policy.
All costs, fees, charges, taxes or expenses associated with claiming or using the prize(s) are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any tax implications arising from the prize winning.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta. Eligible Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta. By entering this competition, each Eligible Entrant releases Meta from any action or claim arising out of the competition.
