“Geely Dealer” or “Approved Dealer” means a non-exclusive authorised dealer appointed by Geely Auto SA who operates in its own name and for its own account, and who offers Geely vehicles and services in accordance with a dealership agreement with Geely Auto SA.
"Client" or "you" or “your” means any prospective, new or existing client of Geely Auto SA, any Geely Affiliate, Supplier or Dealer.
“Personal information” means information relating to an identifiable, living natural person and, where applicable, an identifiable existing juristic person, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act and other Applicable Laws.

If you purchase a vehicle or service from an approved Geely Dealer or Service Centre, or otherwise provide your personal information to them, a separate relationship will exist between you and that entity. Approved Dealers and Service Centres are separate legal entities and not agents of Geely Auto SA. You are encouraged to contact the relevant Dealer or Service Centre directly regarding their use of your personal information.
