Any payments made on the Website shall be conducted in a secure manner. 

3.1 Credit/Debit Card Information 

We reserve the right to refuse the Credit/Debit Card or, in such case the transaction is accepted, cancel the transaction, at our sole discretion, as part of our own fraud detection program.

The Credit/Debit card details provided by you should be valid and accurate and owned by the user.  

Payment related information will not be shared with any of the third party except for payment purposes, unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud. 

3.2 Unlawful Transactions

We reserve the right to recover the cost incurred as a result of the fraudulent use of the Website We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against these users for fraudulent use of the Website and/or any other unlawful act or acts or omissions.

3.3 Down Payment

You have the option of making an online downpayment of AED 5,000 ("Downpayment") towards the purchase a vehicle, and by doing so, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

a- Purpose of Downpayment: The Downpayment is a reservation fee to hold a vehicle for you, and it will be applied towards the final purchase price of the vehicle.b- Reservation Period: The Downpayment secures the vehicle for a period of 120 days from the date of payment. c- Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your reservation after making the Downpayment and before signing the vehicle purchase agreement, you will be charged a cancellation fee of AED 500. The remaining balance of the Downpayment will be refunded to you. If you choose to cancel your reservation after signing the vehicle purchase agreement, you will forfeit the entire Downpayment amount.d- Completion of Purchase: The Downpayment will be deducted from the total purchase price of the vehicle at the time of the final transaction. You will be required to complete the remaining balance through a separate payment process as per the terms agreed upon in the final vehicle purchase agreement.4 Intellectual Property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material and content published on it (the "Materials"). Those works are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world, including copyright rules. All such rights are reserved. All trade marks, service marks and logos (the "Trade Marks") displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of AWR.
