Zeekr 7X Australia Pre-Order Offer: Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTE: These Terms and Conditions apply to the Zeekr 7X pre-order value-added bonus offer (the "Campaign"). They are supplementary to any vehicle purchase contract you enter into with an authorised Zeekr dealership ("Dealership"). The vehicle purchase contract, including deposit terms, cancellation policies, and final vehicle specifications, is solely between you and the Dealership.

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The Zeekr 7X Pre-Order Offer

1.1. This Campaign is offered by Zeekr Intelligent Technology Australia (ABN: 19 675 714 039) ("Zeekr Australia") for the launch of the Zeekr 7X in Australia. 1.2. The Campaign is limited to the first 1,000* pre-orders of the Zeekr 7X that are confirmed with an authorized Zeekr Dealership in Australia.
* Zeekr reserves the right at its absolute discretion to accept additional pre-orders of the Zeekr 7X and/or increase the pre-order limit detailed in Clause 1.2.

2. Eligibility:

2.1. This Campaign is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

2.2. To be eligible to receive the Campaign benefits, customers must place a pre-order for a new Zeekr 7X vehicle with an authorised Zeekr Dealership in Australia.

2.3. Customers who have an existing, confirmed pre-order for a Zeekr 7X with an authorised Zeekr Dealership, placed prior to the commencement of the Campaign, are also eligible to receive the Campaign benefits. Pre-existing pre-orders will be counted towards the pre-order limit in Clause 1.2.

2.4. Employees of Zeekr Australia, its dealerships, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

3. How to Participate:

3.1. To participate, eligible customers must place a pre-order for a Zeekr 7X vehicle and pay the associated deposit to an authorised Zeekr Dealership.

3.2. The contractual arrangements concerning the pre-order and deposit are solely between the customer and the Dealership. Zeekr Australia holds no rights or obligations concerning these contractual arrangements, including the deposit amount or its refundability. Customers should review the Dealership's specific terms regarding deposits and vehicle purchase agreements.

4. Campaign Benefits: Eligible customers who pre-order a Zeekr 7X and proceed with the vehicle purchase will receive the following value-added benefits upon delivery of their Zeekr 7X vehicle and full payment of the purchase price by the customer:

4.1. 7-Year Zeekr Manufacturer's Warranty:* The standard Zeekr Manufacturer's Warranty of 5 years / Unlimited km will be extended by an additional 2 years, providing a total of 7 years/ Unlimited km warranty from the vehicle's original date of first registration.  This extended warranty is subject to the same terms, conditions, and limitations as the standard Zeekr Manufacturer's Warranty, including regular servicing at authorised Zeekr service centres.  The Zeekr 7X high voltage battery warranty remains at 8 years/160,000 km (whichever comes first) and is not affected by this extended warranty. This extended warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude or limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Contact your local authorised Zeekr Dealership for a copy of Zeekr’s Manufacturer’s Warranty details and terms.

4.2. 7-Year Zeekr Roadside Assistance: The standard Zeekr Roadside Assistance policy of 5 years will be extended by an additional 2 years, providing a total of 7 years of roadside assistance from the vehicle's original date of first registration.  This extended roadside assistance is subject to the terms and conditions of Zeekr's standard roadside assistance policy. Contact your local authorised Zeekr Dealership for a copy of Zeekr’s Roadside Assistance policy details and terms.

4.3. 7kW Zeekr Home Charger:  One (1) 7kW Zeekr-branded home charger unit will be supplied to the customer through the Dealership at point of vehicle delivery.  Warranty: If the 7kW Zeekr Home Charger is supplied to the consumer at the point of vehicle handover, it will be covered by the full Zeekr factory warranty applicable to the vehicle. If it is supplied after vehicle handover, standard accessory warranty terms will apply. In the instance there is a failure of this component during the ownership, Zeekr will replace it like-for-like. These warranty provisions are in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Exclusion of Installation Costs: The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with the installation of the home charger, including but not limited to electrical works, permits, site surveys, and any necessary upgrades to their home's electrical infrastructure.  Zeekr Australia and its Dealerships are not responsible for assessing site suitability for installation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their premises are suitable for charger installation and to engage qualified and licensed electricians for installation.  No geographic limitations apply to the supply of the charger unit within Australia.

4.4. Complimentary Type 2 Charging Cable and Mini Portable Trickle Charger: One (1)  Type 2 Charging Cable and one (1) Mini Portable Trickle Charger will be provided as complimentary accessories with the vehicle. Warranty: If the Type 2 Charging Cable and Mini Portable Trickle Charger are supplied to the consumer at the point of vehicle handover, they will be covered by the full Zeekr factory warranty applicable to the vehicle. If they are supplied after handover, the standard accessory warranty terms will apply. In the instance there is a failure of these components during the ownership, Zeekr will replace like-for-like. These warranty provisions are in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

4.5. Complimentary Exterior Colours:  All available exterior colours for the Zeekr 7X (excluding standard Black) that are typically priced at AUD$1,500 will be provided at no additional cost. The customer can select any of these colours as part of their pre-order.

4.6. Complimentary Interior Colours:  All available interior colours for the Zeekr 7X (excluding standard Black) that are typically priced at AUD$1,500 will be provided at no additional cost. The customer can select any of these colours as part of their pre-order.

5. Offer Fulfilment:

5.1. The Campaign benefits specified in Clause 4 will be provided to the eligible customer upon the delivery of their Zeekr 7X vehicle by the Dealership and full payment of the purchase price by the customer to the Dealership.

6. General Conditions:

6.1. Zeekr Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws. Any such changes will be communicated on the official Zeekr Australia website or through authorised Dealerships.

6.2. The benefits offered under this Campaign are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternative, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.3. Zeekr Australia is not responsible for any delays in vehicle delivery that may affect the timing of Campaign benefit fulfilment.

6.4. Zeekr Australia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the pre-order process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

6.5. Zeekr Australia is not responsible for any variations in dealer-specific pricing, deposit terms, or other contractual arrangements made directly between the customer and the Dealership.

6.6. All images, descriptions, and specifications of the Zeekr 7X provided in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. Final vehicle specifications will be confirmed by your Zeekr Dealership.

6.7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.7. Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

8. Privacy: Personal information collected during this Campaign will be handled in accordance with Zeekr Australia's Privacy Policy, available on its official website.

Terms and Conditions Zeekr X and Zeekr 009 Promotion

1. Promoter: The Promoter of the Offer (the 'Offer') is Zeekr Intelligent Technology Australia Pty Ltd [ABN: 19 675 714 039].

2. Offer Period: The Offer commences on 1st August and concludes on 31st August 2025 (inclusive) (the 'Offer Period').

3. Eligible Vehicles: The Offer is available on new Zeekr X and Zeekr 009 models across all variants within their respective model ranges.

4. The Offer (Factory Support): Eligible customers who purchase an eligible new Zeekr X or Zeekr 009 vehicle and meet the eligibility criteria during the Offer Period will receive a direct reduction off the purchase price of their vehicle, referred to as 'Factory Support', as follows:

• Zeekr X: $3,500 Factory Support

• Zeekr 009: $5,000 Factory Support

5. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Offer:

• Customers must purchase and take delivery of an eligible Zeekr X or Zeekr 009 vehicle on or before 31st August 2025.

• The Factory Support can only be applied to purchases involving a trade-in, novated lease, finance, or for customers holding an Australian Business Number (ABN), subject to the following conditions:

o Trade-in: Any vehicle offered for trade-in must be roadworthy. The final decision regarding the acceptance and valuation of a trade-in vehicle remains at the sole discretion of the participating Zeekr Authorised Dealer.

o Finance Purchase: Finance is subject to approval by the customer's chosen lender. There are no specific lender requirements, or minimum/maximum terms or amounts imposed by the Promoter for eligibility under this Offer.

o Novated Lease Purchase: Novated lease arrangements are subject to approval by the customer's chosen leasing provider. There are no specific terms or amounts imposed by the Promoter for eligibility under this Offer.

o ABN Customers: Customers must hold a valid and active Australian Business Number (ABN). The purchase of the vehicle is not required to be made under the ABN; private purchases by valid ABN holders are eligible.

6. Geographical Scope: This Offer is available nationwide at all authorised Zeekr Dealers across Australia.

7. Combinability: This Offer is combinable with other Zeekr or authorised Zeekr Dealer offers and promotions, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of such other offers.

8. Availability: The Offer is available while stocks last for Eligible Vehicles delivered within the Offer Period. Availability is subject to current stock levels across the Zeekr X and Zeekr 009 model ranges.

9. Pricing Disclaimer: Please note that the final on-road drive-away price of the vehicle will vary based on optional extras, accessories, government charges (including, but not limited to, stamp duty and registration), and your location. The specific and final drive-away price for your chosen vehicle will be confirmed by the authorised Zeekr Dealer at the time of purchase.

10. Modification or Withdrawal of Offer: Zeekr Intelligent Technology Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect existing binding sales agreements entered into prior to the date of modification or withdrawal.

11. Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any rights or remedies that a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

12. Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with Zeekr's Privacy Policy, available on the official Zeekr Australia website.
